Malt House

The Malt House consists of 88 units in 4 buildings.  All are new construction except one history building.

The property was developed into condominiums in the late 90's and began sales in 2001. MBH Architects kept as much of the original structure as possible and created an elegant European-style residential property. The property features floor plans that range from 800 to 1,600 SqFt. The property has an ideal location and is within a quick walk to heart of San Francisco's North Beach neighborhood.

The homes at the Malt House in North Beach surround a beautiful urban oasis, a large courtyard measuring approximately 150 feet by 60 feet. Landscape architect Cliff Lowe used original malting equipment, including two of the original six grain silos. There are birch trees, magnolias and Japanese boxwood shrubs, all surrounding a basalt lava stone fountain.
