The Lansing

The Lansing was developed by the same group that created The Brannan, the project consist of 82 units  and is located on Rincon Hill in the South Beach area. The Lansing was designed by Sandy Babcock Architects. Interior design was overseen by Babey Moulton Jue & Booth and lighting was designed by Auerbach Glasow.

The condominiums at The Lansing feature, custom-designed European-made cherry cabinets by Studio Becker, GE Whirlpool Profile stainless steel appliances, countertops and backsplashes in solid slabs of polished Tiger Skin granite, hardwood flooring and ceramic tile floors.

The building offers a terraced garden, fitness center and indoor parking garage.
