The Royal

The Royal is a historical landmark and allows you to own a pice of history, the development is located in San Francisco's Central Business District.

Designed as a Georgian-style building in 1907 by Howell and Stokes architects for the Royal Globe Insurance Company, the lobby features chiseled marble architraves from the Torlonia Palace in Rome, a 17th century palazzo.

This classic 11-story building was redeveloped by Heller Manus Architects into 46 2-bedroom condominiums. Individual residences at The Royal include hardwood floors, granite countertops, Poggenpohl custom cabinetry. The units also offer Bosch, Thermador and GE appliances. There is a common area roof deck and all owners receive a reduced fee at the Equinox Fitness Club.
